• Audio recordings (if you choose to use the recording feature)
• Generated videos
• Any other user-generated content

3. Permissions

Air Drum requires certain permissions to function properly. These permissions are used solely for the intended functionality and do not enable any data collection:

3.1 Microphone Access

Purpose: To record your voice or other sounds alongside your drum performance.

How it's used: Audio recordings are made only when you explicitly choose to use the recording feature. All recordings are stored locally on your device.

Control: You can deny or revoke microphone access at any time through your device's Settings. The App will continue to work without the microphone, but the recording feature will be unavailable.

3.2 Motion & Fitness Data

Purpose: To detect your hand movements and simulate drum hits.

How it's used: The App uses your device's accelerometer and gyroscope to detect motion patterns. This data is processed in real-time on your device and is never stored or transmitted.

3.3 Photo Library Access (Optional)

Purpose: To save generated videos to your photo library.

How it's used: This permission is only requested when you choose to save a video. The App will only write to your photo library; it does not read or access your existing photos.

4. Data Sharing and Export

4.1 User-Initiated Sharing

The App allows you to generate and share videos of your drum performances. This sharing is entirely user-initiated through your device's native share functionality. When you choose to share:

• You control where the video is shared (e.g., social media, messaging apps, cloud storage)
• The sharing is handled by iOS, not by our App
• We do not have access to or control over what you share or where you share it

4.2 Third-Party Services

When you share content through third-party apps (such as social media platforms), those services' privacy policies will apply to how they handle your shared content. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any services you use for sharing.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect any information from children or any other users. The App is safe for users of all ages as it does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not transmit any data, the security of your information depends on the security measures you have in place for your device (such as passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID). We recommend keeping your device secure and up to date.

9. Your Rights

• You can delete all App data by uninstalling the App from your device

10. No Backend Services

We want to emphasize that Air Drum operates entirely on your device. We do not operate any backend servers, databases, or cloud services for this App. There are no accounts, no logins, and no user profiles. Everything stays on your device.
